All of our services begin with a comprehensive needs analysis that focuses on what our clients need. We believe that listening to you is the first step to building a partnership that will enable you to meet your goals. On-site and Online Tutoring

All our tutoring services are done at our offices in Bellbrook, Ohio, or online using the latest video conferencing tools. When tutoring is done at our site, we utilize our state of the art facilities that include interactive white boards, the latest computers and programs, and our spacious grounds that enable us to tutor your child as he/she is engaged in fun, physical activities including tennis, golf, lacrosse, badminton, volleyball, soccer, basketball, and many more sports and games. The majority of our tutoring is done one-on-one with your child to meet his/her specific needs by one of our expert staff. In addition to our constant assessment of your child's progress, we continually contact your child's teachers to stay up to date on assignments, upcoming content and skills, and overall progress. We offer small group instruction for ACT/SAT preparation as well as summer camps and institutes.

Special Needs Students

We offer guidance in supporting all your child's special needs including creating IEP's, implementing IEP's, and meeting with school staff to coordinate the work your child is doing in school with the support that we are providing in tutoring.

Students in Kindergarten through Fifth Grade

We offer one-on-one tutoring in all subject and skill areas for children in k-5th grades by our staff who specialize teaching children in this age range. Each tutoring session has three goals: support current learning in school, re-teach concepts and skills not yet mastered, and pre-teach upcoming skills and content. This three-pronged approach provides a comprehensive support for your child's learning. Additionally, we offer daily homework support free of charge. If your child has a challenge with his/her homework, he/she can call us for support over the phone or use our interactive homework support using the internet.

Students in Sixth through Eighth Grades

Middle school students have needs that differ from other grade levels. We recognize this and incorporate these needs into our tutoring with middle school students. We offer one-on-one tutoring in all subject and skill areas for children in 6th through 8th grades by our staff who specialize teaching children in this age range. Each tutoring session has three goals: support current learning in school, re-teach concepts and skills not yet mastered, and pre-teach upcoming skills and content. High School Students

We provide tutoring for students in all subjects in high school including world languages. Our tutors specialize in each area so that students work with a tutor who is an expert in the subject they are studying.

SAT/ACT Prep

We help our students maximize their performance on these crucial standardized exams. We start with a thorough pretest to gather data on the student's current level of performance, and then we individualize the instruction to meet each student's needs. Study Skills and Organization

We infuse study skills and organization into all of our tutoring sessions. However, some students need a special concentration in this area. We have programs designed to help students of all ages to organize material, study through the most effective and efficient methods, and practice taking tests before the actual test is given at school so that the students know that they are prepared.

College/Adult Learners

We tutor adult learners in all subjects. Our flexible scheduling helps the adult and college students maximize their study time while enabling them to meet their other obligations with work, school, and family.

Parents/Guardians

In your crucial roles as your children's greatest supporters and as their primary educators, we provide expert advice and coaching as you strive to support your children's learning at home by creating an exciting, enriching learning environment. We also can guide you as you coordinate your children's learning with the teachers and specialists at your school. Furthermore, we offer guidance for meeting your children's needs whether your child is an emerging, on-grade level, advanced, or special needs learner. We support Home Schooling Families/Networks who desire additional expert resources to meet their children's educational needs. This service includes providing additional research- based training for parent educators as well as services for individual students or groups of students.

We offer complete services for families who choose to school their children at home including: Students who need to develop their skills/knowledge, maintain their skills/knowledge, and enrich their skills/knowledge. Instruction is matched to the student's learning styles and is presented using engaging and innovative strategies, especially those that are hand-on and integrate technology. All tutoring includes daily homework help and available work provided to each student to continue to develop his/her skills between tutoring sessions. We offer highly flexible tutoring schedules including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
